Update Clinical Location

Overview

Students and Instructors can complete 1 or more semesters in partnership with MedStar Health. Semesters can be completed in one hospital or rotate between different hospitals each semester.

 

If you are a student or an instructor starting your a semester at a different hospital than your 1st semester, follow the below instructions to update the department in your account to reflect the correct entity. 

 

IMPORTANT: Incomplete education will be lost once the new entity is selected. Confirm you have completed all the required education for your current entity before making any changes.

Account Edit

Follow the instructions below to edit the entity on your account.

  1. Log in to SiTELMS.org

  2. Select "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Find the MedStar Student Partnership Organization

  4. Click on "Edit"

  5. On "Department" Select the new location for your semester.

  6. Click "Save"

  7. Click "Return to my account"

Your profile has been updated to reflect the correct entity for your semester
